Accessing to the Information from the Book and Periodical

• If the papers are less than (10) papers, no fees may be paid for the same.

• 25 Fils per each page A4.

• 50 Fils per each page A3.

• One Dinar per each photography.

• One Dinar shall be added in case of requesting the information on CD.

- The application of Copyright Protection Law No. (22) of 1992 and its amendments shall be considered.

Procedures

1. The service recipient shall refer to the bureau department and fill the form of right of access to information.
2. Presenting the application to the director general or his authorized person to approve the application.
3. Referring to the Accounting Department to pay the determined fees.
4. The directorate's employee photocopies the required documents and images.
5. Handing over the documents and images to the service recipient.
