Procedures

• Individuals:
1. The service recipient shall refer to the department of dedication and fill the form allocated for such purpose.
2. Presenting the application to the director general or his authorized person to approve the application.
3. Presenting the application to the department of dedication to organize the release documents of the dedicated books.
4. Handing over the dedication to the service recipient after signing the documents.

• Official government departments:
1. Receipt of an official application from the government department on the dedication to the bureau section.
2. Presenting the application to the director general or his authorized person to take the decision.
3. Sending and official letter with the approval to the entity requesting the dedication.
4. The concerned entity shall send an authorized representative to receive and sign the release documents.
