Conditions for obtaining service
The service recipient shall print the indexing card behind the internal title page of the book.
Notes
• This service is rendered within the procedures of depositing a printed artistic work, if the number of book pages exceeded (70) pages.
• The center shall implement the provisions of articles of the deposit mentioned in the Deposit Regulations No. (4) of 1994 and the articles (38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45 and 52) of the Copyright Protection Law No. (22) of 1992 and its amendments.
• The indexing card shall be printed during the publication in the final form thereof behind the internal title page upon printing the book.

Procedures
• Preparing the indexing card during the publication.
• Handing over the manuscript with the indexing card during the publication to the data entry in the deposit center for printing the same within the official letter including the indexing card.
• The approved employee shall attach the printed card within the official letter and sign on the correctness thereof.
Required Documents
• Initial copy of the book (manuscript) accompanied with the required documents to procure the book deposit Number.
• Title of the manuscript approved for publication, which shall be printed on the title page.
