Obtaining family book for first-time for registrants civilians

	Civil status and passports department office that the family Residing in its jurisdiction.
	Jordanian embassies and consulates abroad.

Estimated Fee:


	Two JD.
	A fine of 10 JD in the case of the passage of 90 days.

Conditions for obtaining service

Application submitting by one of spouse or by an power of attorney certified from competent authorities from on of family member. An application submit to the office in which family reside in his area as residence installed on husband identification card and attached to the the family books registered on it both husband / wife , during (90) days from the date of the marriage contract. If a family residence unlike to residence installed on the identity card of the husband he must submission of proof of the new residence and filling the address form of new residence.

Procedures

Visit the audience service desk and show required documents for audit and approval and then filling an application form and getting the turn number.
Visiting the admissions Officer to accepting it on system by duly.
Visit the Office head or his assistant to approval of the transaction.
Visit treasurer to pay legal fees.
Converting the request to entries section to enter data of family book and incident
Converting the request to to the archive section to archive the request .
Converting the request to the printing section to print the document (Family book) .
Stamping and signed the documents.
Delivery the certificate for the service recipient after the financial voucher handover to delivery employee.
