Conditions for obtaining service

The establishment shall have a file.

  • Greater Amman Municipality.
  • Other Municipalities.
  • The Governor.

Procedures

  1. An annual plan shall be prepared with the names of the establishments to be inspected and followed up.
  2. The inspection officer shall carry out the inspection of the establishment as scheduled to ensure that the requirements of the Prevention and Self-Protection Department are available and operated.
  3. The inspection officer shall write the follow-up report, send a copy thereof to the concerned party and save another copy in the file of the establishment.
  4. If there are recommendations on the establishment and the owner of the establishment is not complying there with after having been addressed previously, then the Greater Amman Municipality or the Municipality to which the establishment belongs shall be addressed. In case the owner of the establishment continues not to comply with these recommendations, the Governor shall be addressed to oblige the latter to implement the recommendations contained in the Civil Defense letter.
