1. An annual plan shall be prepared with the names of stations to be followed up.
2. The inspection officer shall carry out the inspection of the establishment as scheduled to ensure that the requirements of the Department of Prevention and Self-Protection are available and operational.
3. The inspection officer shall write the follow-up report and send a copy to the concerned party and a copy for preservation in the establishment file.
4. If there are recommendations for the establishment and the owner of the establishment is not complying therewith after having been addressed previously, Greater Amman Municipality or the Municipality to which the establishment belongs shall be addressed. If the owner of the establishment continues not to comply with the recommendations, the Governor shall be addressed to oblige the owner of the establishment to implement the recommendations contained in the Civil Defense letter.
5. In case of violations, the concerned station or agency shall be notified of the necessity of rectifying the violations and the concerned authorities shall be addressed (Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Petroleum Refinery, the Governor) in case there are any recommendations affecting public safety.
6. The professional license for the station or the gas agency shall not be renewed until it has been verified that the violations were rectified, if any.
