Procedures
- Submit a petition requesting approval of the required service.
- The applicant shall submitthe application to the relevant employee to have itpresented to the Central Technical Office of Traffic Affairs and record the application in the incoming records.
- The application, attached documents shall be sent by fax to the licensing department / technical division for technical study and record it in the session’sagenda of the Central Technical Office for Traffic Affairs. The application is then presented to the meeting to draft and submit the appropriate recommendation to the Minister for decision; after the chairperson and the members sign it.
- Formal letter shall be prepared for each decision and sent to the Licensing Department for implementation.
- The applicant shall then visit the licensing department to complete the procedures for his application.
Required Documents
- A petition or request submitted by different persons and entities.
- The civil status ID of the applicant.
- A copy of the vehicle’s license, a letter of impoundment, a customs declaration or any document containing information on the location or specifications of the vehicle.
- Any other sketches or data attached.
