• Judicial rehabilitation, if the petitionerwas judicially convicted.

Procedures

• The person with the suspended license shall submit a request accompanied by the required documents, to reinstate the driver's license. The applicationshall be registered in the Directorate - the incoming records section.
• The Public Security Directorate is addressed to provide an opinion.

After receiving the answer from the Public Security Department, the request shall be submitted to the Minister for the appropriate decision. If approved, PSD shall be informed of the approval to reinstate the suspended driving license.
