• Transport means should not be the only one on its line.
• Check the method followed in the process of granting/ renewing temporary permits.

Procedures

• The applicant refers to the receptionist to submit an application attached with all the required documents where he audits the application.
• The regions director/ governorate offices or the authorized study the state of the vehicle line and the line to work on based on the applied conditions of granting temporary permits applied by the body by the competent region.
• In the event that conditions apply the temporary permit is granted.
• The application is transferred to the Information Technology unit (general administration) to do the necessary and transfer it to the specialized region or office.
• Receiving the permit in the event of approving to grant or renew the permit from the competent region or office.
• Notifying the applicant if renewing the permit is not approved.

• Valid ownership license for the vehicle.
• Clearance from managing activity and role regulation company.
