Procedures

  1. The responsible employee in the company shall submit the required requisition to the Public Service Office in return of a follow-up card.
  2. The application shall be registered at the Public Service Office and is transferred to the Fright Transport Directorate. 
  3. The competent body in the directorate shall view the company’s records on the computerized system to ensure that the minimum limit of truck’s number stated in the licensing conditions remains.
  4. A new license shall be issued, stating the number of trucks after adding trucks to the fleet.

Required Documents

  • Requisition on a letterhead paper from the company containing the number of the trucks to be added to the company’s fleet.
  • The original license of practicing the work issued by the Land Transport Regulatory Commission to adjust the data.
