Procedures

  • The company’s official submits the required requisition at the office of public service for a follow-up card.
  • The application is registered at the office of public service and transferred to the Freight Transport Directorate.
  • The concerned party at the directorate reviews the records of the company on the computerized system to ensure that only the minimum of the numbers of trucks provided in the licensing conditions remain.
  • An official letter is prepared for the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration with no-objection for the required release of reservation.
  • The new license is issued which states the number of trucks after the process of release of reservation.  
  • The official letter is received (after export) and the adjusted license from the office of public service within the determined period when showing the follow-up card.

Required Documents

  • A requisition on a letterhead paper from the company including the numbers of trucks to be released of reservation and the numbers of alternative trucks.
  • The original license of practice issued by the Land Transport Regulatory Commission to modify the data.
