Conditions for obtaining service

  • The company submitting the requisition should be licensed at the Land Transport Regulatory Commission or Jordan Customs.

  • None.

Procedures

  • The company’s representative submits the abovementioned requisition to the office of public service at the commission’s building/ Abdoun for a follow-up card.
  • The application is registered at the office of public service and is transferred to the Freight Transport Directorate.
  • The concerned party of the directorate audit the information included in the attached documents to the requisition and compare it with the information included via email to the concerned employee at the directorate by the Palestinian National Authority.
  • An official letter is prepared for Jordan Customs with approval.
  • The official letter is received (after export) from the office of public service within the determined period when showing the follow-up card.

Required Documents

  • A requisition from the company on letterhead paper signed and stamped.
  • A copy of the statement of re-export listing the materials to be entered and their specifications.
  • A no-objection official letter from the Ministry of Economy of the Palestinian Authority.
