Procedures

  • The applicant submits the required documents to the office of public service for a follow-up card.
  • The application is registered and transferred to the on land Freight Transport Directorate.
  • The concerned party in the directorate checks the application according to the conditions of the concluded agreements between the Kingdom and other countries depending on the nationality of the freighter.
  • Preparing an official letter for the concerned customs centers in the Kingdom with approval for the requested permit.
  • The applicant refers to the office of public service within the determined period to pay the required fees and receive the approval official letter after showing the follow-up card.
  • The form is stamped with the official stamp at the office of public service and delivered within the determined period.

Required Documents

  • An official approval letter from the Syndicate of Jordanian Public Truck Owners for trucks loaded with cooled vegetables and fruits and for other trucks the number of the truck and its nationality.
