Conditions for obtaining service

• The applicant must own an old truck head or authorized by the concerned party.

Procedures

• The abovementioned requisition is submitted in the main building/ Abdoun for a follow-up card.
• The application is registered at the office of public service and transferred to the freight   transport directorate.
• The concerned party in the directorate audits the information included in the submitted documents.
• An official letter is prepared to the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration and a copy to the Jordan Customs with the approval.
• The official letter is received (after export) from the office of public service within the determined period when showing the follow-up card.

Required Documents

• A requisition on a letterhead paper signed and stamped.
• A copy of the truck head valid license
• A copy of the statement of the number of the chassis of the head to be brought, provided that it is less than five years old precede the year of clearance according to the decision of the Council of Ministers no. (1814).
