Conditions for obtaining service
- The means of transport should be licensed in the same category.
- The ownership of the vehicles should be for the same owner.
- The lines that the vehicles work on should be in the same category.
- A vehicle should not be subject to obligatory deletion.
- The office where the vehicles work should be licensed.
- The vehicles should be registered under the name of the owner for at least six months.
- The owner should be present in person.

Procedures
- The applicant refers to (Regions Directorates/ Governorate Offices/ General Administration) to submit a written form by the owner in person, and if the application was submitted through Regions Directorates/ Governorate Offices it is given importing from the bureau of directorates and governorate offices and sending a form to the general administration via fax.
- The bureau of the general administration gives the application a receipt number if the application was submitted in the administration and the application is transferred to the passengers’ transport directorate/ licensing department.
- The licensing department audits the application, and if the conditions are met, a memo of submission is prepared and is transferred to the general manager.
- The general manager approves the application and transfer it to the bureau.
- The bureau certifies the application and transfers it to the licensing department.
- The licensing department addresses the Information Technology unit by an official letter signed by the general manager, and copies to the owner/ licensing administration/ regions directorates or governorate offices.
- The Information Technology unit enters the information of the new permits of transportation.
- The applicant refers to regions directorates or governorate offices to receive the new permits after handing over the old transportation permits.
Required Documents
- A copy of the owner ID.
- A copy of transportation permits.
- A copy of licenses of vehicles ownership.
- If a vehicle benefited from tax exemption, a commercial registry must be submitted that is compatible with its new line.
- Bring the old transportation permits after acquiring the approval.
- Provide a proof from the licensing administration that the vehicle is registered under his name for more than (6) months.
