Conditions for obtaining service

  • The applicant must be Jordanian.
  • In case of a foreign partner in mediation companies, the share of the partner must not exceed 50%.
  • The application must be personally submitted by the applicant or authorized representative .

  • Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Procedures

  • An opinion official letter is provided in the Public Service Office in the main building / Abdoun.
  • The public service office provides the applicant with the conditions and the licensing forms in addition to the follow-up card.
  • The application is registered and transferred to the Freight Transport Directorate.
  • The Freight Transport Directorate examines the application and grants the applicant the preliminary license approval by an official letter.
  • The applicant is transferred to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to complete the registration procedures.  
  • The applicant provides the Freight Transport Directorate with the commercial register.
  • Preliminary approval after showing the follow-up card.

  • After preliminary approval stage.
  • Commercial register stating the purpose to be practiced.
