Procedures

• The applicant refers to the receptionist to submit an application attached with all the required documents, where the receptionist audits the application.
• The application is transferred to the region director or the office for study.
• Issuing a decision by the region director or the office to either approve or not approve the renewal of the license based on the documents attached to the application.
• If approval was not granted the company is notified to modify its situation.
• If approved the applicant refers to the cashier to pay the fees.
• Issuing a renewal of practicing the works of passengers’ public transport.
• Receiving the card of practicing the works of passengers’ public transport.

Required Documents

• The vocational license of the previous year.
• A list of the names of the workers at the company certified by Social Security.
• Telephone and fax bill.
• A copy of performance bond guarantee.
• A new copy of commercial register.
• A copy of employment contracts signed with the workers.
• A certificate of non-conviction for all workers at the company, not convicted with any offence or felony that violates the honor or public morals.
• A financial receipt that indicates that the company has a clearance from the body
• A copy of a valid vehicle ownership license.
• A copy of valid lease contract of the offices and the parking area.
