Procedures

• The applicant refers to the receptionist to submit the application in accordance to the approved form for this purpose by the concerned party attached with all the required documents.
• The application is transferred to the region director or the office to examine the complete documents.
• The applicant is transferred to the Car Rental Syndicate per a specific form.
• The applicant provides the signed form from the association.
• The issuing application is transferred to the region director or the office to either approve or not approve the license renewal based on the documents attached to the application.
• If approval was not granted, the company is notified to modify its situation.
• The applicant refers to the cashier to pay the prescribed fees.
• Electronically updating the data of the company/ office.
• A permit to practice the works of passengers’ public transport is issued.
• Receiving the card to practice the works of passengers’ public transport.

Required Documents

• The vocational license of the previous year.
• A list of the names of the workers from the Social Security.
• Telephone and fax bill.
• A copy of performance bond guarantee.
• A new copy of commercial register and trade name.
• A copy of the signed contracts with the workers at the office.
• Certificate of non-convection for all workers.
• A list of the names of the workers at the office.
• A list from vehicles and driver’s license registration with the numbers of the cars and the expiry date of their licenses or a copy of licenses.
