Procedures

  • The applicant refers to the receptionist to fill the application according to the approved form prepared for this purpose attached with all the required documents.
  • The receptionist in the region examines the application and the required documents and signing their receipt.
  • The receptionist schedules an appointment for field inspection.
  • The committee conducts a field inspection on the site of the office and/or company by the office or related region.
  • Issuing a technical report of the field inspection.
  • The receptionist transfers the application to the region director.
  •  The region manager either approves or not approves the renewal of the license based on the documents attached to the application.
  • if approval was not granted, the company is notified to modify its situation based on the field inspection report.
  • The applicant refers to the cashier to pay the inspection fees after modifying their situation.

Required Documents

  • The vocational license of the previous year.
  • A list of the names of the workers certified by the Social Security.
  • Telephone and fax bill.
  • A copy of a valid performance bond guarantee.
  • A copy of the commercial register and trade name with an issue date not exceeding a month.
  • A certificate of non-convection for the office manager and the workers at the office.
  • A copy of the ID of the owner and the office manager and the manager’s qualification.
