Procedures

• The applicant refers to the receptionist in the region/ the office to submit the application in accordance to the approved form for this purpose by the concerned party or the authorized representative attached with all the required documents.
• The documents are received by the region employee and signed upon receipt.
• The region employee/ the office examines the application and the submission to the region director/ the office.
• A Field inspection is conducted at the company site or its office by the office or the related region.
• submission of the application by the region director/ the office.
• The application is transferred by the region director or the concerned office to approve or not approve the decision to renew the license based on the documents attached to the application.
• If not approval was not granted the company/office is notified to modify its situation.
• If approved the applicant refers to the cashier to pay the prescribed fees.
• The application and the applicant are transferred to data entry to receive the card of practicing the works of passengers’ public transport.
• The applicant receives the card of practicing the works of passengers public transport.

Required Documents

• The vocational license of the previous year.
• Telephone and fax bill.
• A new copy of the commercial register and trade name.
• A copy of the owner and the office manager ID.
• A list with the numbers of the cars owned by the office.
• A list of the names of the workers at the company certified by Social Security.
• A duly written authorization if the applicant was not the concerned party.
