• The applicant refers to the office of public service to submit a written requisition attached with all the required documents to operate an international transport company.
• The applicant is requested to refer to the cashier to pay the application fees.
• The application is transferred to passengers’ transport directorate/ licensing department to audit the application and its submission.
• The application is presented to the technical committee.
• The technical committee studies the application and assigns it to the general manager.
• The general manager issues the approval.
• The directorate of passengers’ transport issues an official letter with preliminary approval of the licensing signed by the general manager that include granting the applicant a period of (6) months for purposes of executing the requirements of the company included in the system.
• The applicant submits a request for field inspection.
• The applicant is requested to refer to the cashier to pay the inspection fees.
• The directorate of passengers’ transport schedules an appointment for field inspection.
• The committee of field inspection inspects the site and prepares a technical report with the preliminary approval on the site.

Prior to acquiring approval:

• A copy of ID.
• An official letter that shows that the applicant is not a government employee (from the Civil Service Bureau).
• Non-convection certificate for the applicant.
• A financial and technical study.

After acquiring approval:

• A copy of vocational license.
• A copy of trade name and commercial register.
• A copy of bank guarantee amounting 5,000 JD.
• A list of the chassis numbers and the motor numbers of the vehicles.
