Procedures

• The applicant refers to the receptionist in the region to submit the application in accordance to the approved form for this purpose by the concerned party or the authorized representative attached with all the required documents.
• The documents are received by the region employee and signed upon receipt.
• The region employee/ the office examines the application and the submission for the region director/ the office.
• Issuing a decision by the region director or the concerned office for either approving or not approving the renewal of the license based on the attached documents.
• If approval was not granted, the company is notified to modify its situation.
• If approved the applicant refers to the cashier to pay the prescribed fees.
• The application and the applicant are transferred to data entry to receive the card of practicing the works of passengers’ public transport.
• The applicant receives the card of practicing the works of passengers’ public transport.

Required Documents

 

• The vocational license of the previous year.
• A list of the names of the company’s workers.
• A list of the names of the workers certified by Social Security.
• A register that proves the inclusion of workers in health insurance.
• Telephone and fax bill.
• A copy of a valid performance bond guarantee.
• A copy of the trade name and commercial register recently issued.
• A copy of the signed contract with the agent of the corresponding country (For international transport).
• Financial clearance certificate for international transport companies.
