Procedures

• The applicant refers to the receptionist in the region/ the office to submit the application in accordance to the approved form for this purpose by the concerned party or the authorized representative attached with all the required documents.
• The documents are received by the region employee and signed upon receipt and audit the application.
• The region employee/ the office examines the application and the submission to the region director/ the office.
• Issuing a decision by the region director or the concerned office for either approving or not approving the renewal of the license based on the attached documents.
• If approval was not granted, the company is notified to modify its situation.
• If approved the applicant refers to the cashier to pay the prescribed fees.
• The application and the applicant are transferred to data entry to receive the card of practicing the works of passengers’ public transport.
• The applicant receives the card of practicing the works of passengers’ public transport.

Required Documents

• The vocational license of the previous year.
• A list of the names of the workers at the company certified by Social Security.
• Recent telephone and fax bill.
• A copy of the trade name and commercial register recently issued.
• A copy of a valid performance bond guarantee.
• A list that proves the inclusion of workers in health insurance.
• A list of the numbers of the vehicles and the license expiration date certified by vehicle and driver’s license registration or copies of ownership licenses.
• A certificate of non-convection for all workers, not convicted with an offence or a felony that violates honor or public morals.
• A copy of the signed contracts of the workers in the company.
• An approved official letter of delegation on behalf of the company for the employee to proceed in all the procedures of the company.
