Procedures

• Submitting a written requisition from the concerned party at the office of public service attached with all documents according to the approved form.
• Transferring the application to the directorate of passengers’ transport for studying and auditing.
• Auditing the application and assigning it to the director of the directorate of passengers’ transport with approval.
• Transferring the application to the committee of policies to be presented to the board of directors.
• If the approval was granted, a decision of approval is issued by the board of directors to register and license the private bus.
• Providing the applicant with an official approval letter addressed to the License Registration to register and license the bus.
• Referring to the related region based on the workplace of the association and delivering the office with a copy of the temporary license.
• Entering the data of the temporary license and issuing a permit to operate the bus.

• Registration certificate of the association.
• Main system.
• A list of the founding members certified by the registering party of the association.
• The number of members certified by the registering party of the association.
• The Ministry of Interior official approval letter.
• An official letter from the registering party of the association with approval.
• An official letter from the association that state the purpose and aims for private registration and the number of the targeted individuals certified by the registering party.
