Conditions for obtaining service

• The bus shouldn’t no less than 5 years old when first registered.
• The number of employees must be compatible with the number of buses.

Procedures

• A written requisition is submitted from the requesting party to register a new bus at the office of public service.
• Auditing the documents and transferring the application to the directorate of passengers’ transport.
• In the event of conditions and documents completion it is assigned to the general manager or the authorized representative and the approval is issued by the general manager.
• The applicant is provided with an official approval letter and a letter addressed to the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration to register the vehicle.
• The applicant submits the annotation card of the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration and the official approval letter of the body to the related region office based on the location of the institution.
• The region employee registers the bus under the name of the institution on the body’s system and provides the applicant with a direction card.

Required Documents

• Professions practicing license or registration certificate issued by the concerned party and duly certified.
• A list from the Social Security Corporation with the number of workers duly certified, number of members.
• An official approval letter from the applicant’s competent party.
• The internal system or the concluded contract that obligate the party requesting the vehicle to transport employees, workers and members.
• Customs statement or what proves the number of the chassis, motor and the model.
• Number of buses the applicant party have.
