Conditions for obtaining service

• The bus should not be less than 5 years old when first registered.
• The number of the employees should be compatible with the number of buses.

Procedures

• Submitting a written requisition from the requesting party to register a new bus in the office of public service.
• Auditing the documents and transferring the application to the directorate of passengers’ transport.
• In the event of conditions and documents completion it is assigned to the general manager or the authorized representative and the approval is issued by the general manager.
• The applicant is provided with an approval official letter and an official letter addressed to the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration to register the vehicle.
• The applicant delivers the card of the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration annotations and the approval official letter of the body to the related region office according to the location of the institution.
• The region employee registers the bus under the name of the institution on the system of the body and provides the applicant with a direction card.

Required Documents

• Professions practicing license or registration certificate issued from the concerned party and duly certified.
• An official letter from the concerned party of the applicant to acquire approval.
• A list from the concerned party with the numbers of members and workers certified from the Ministry of Social Development.
• Internal system or the concluded contract that obligate the party requesting the vehicle to transport the employees, workers and members. 
• Customs statement or what proves the number of the chassis, the motor and the model.
• The number of the buses the applicant party have.
