Procedures

• Submitting a written requisition from the requesting party to register a new bus in the office of public service.
• Auditing the documents and transferring the application to the directorate of passengers’ transport.
• In the event of conditions and documents completion it is assigned to the general manager or the authorized representative and the approval is issued by the general manager.
• The applicant is provided with an approval official letter and an official letter addressed to the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration to register the vehicle.
• The applicant delivers the card of the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration annotations and the approval official letter of the body to the related region office according to the location of the institution.
• The region employee registers the bus under the name of the institution on the system of the body and provides the applicant with a direction card.

Required Documents

•  Professions practicing license or registration certificate issued from the concerned party and duly certified.
• Commercial register of the company or institution.
• A list from the Social Security Corporation with the numbers of the workers and members and duly certified.
• An official approval letter from the applicant’s competent party.
• Internal system or the concluded contract that obligate the requesting party to transport employees, workers and members.
• Customs statement or what proves the number of chassis, motor and model.
• The number of buses the requesting party have.
