Conditions for obtaining service

• The year of manufacture of the new vehicle should exceed the year of manufacture of the deleted vehicle by five years.

Procedures

• Submitting a written requisition from the requesting party to delete a vehicle and register a new vehicle at the office of public service.
• Auditing the documents and transferring the application to the passengers’ transport directorate.
• In the event of conditions and documents completion, it is sent to the general manager or the authorized for submission.
• Issuing an official approval letter by the general manager or the authorized.
• The applicant is provided with an official approval letter on deletion and replacement addressed to the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration to register the new vehicle.
• The applicant delivers the annotations card of the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration and the official approval letter of the body to the related region office depending on the location of the institution.
• The region employee registers the new vehicle under the name of the institution on the body’s system and deletes the information of the old vehicle and provides the applicant with a direction card.

Required Documents

• Professions practicing license or certificate of registration issued by the concerned party and duly certified.
• New commercial register and trade name for the company or institution.
• Customs statement or an official letter proving the number of the chassis, motor and model of the new vehicle.
• The license of the old vehicle.
• Internal system or the concluded contract that obligate the party requesting the vehicle to transport the employees, workers and members (for companies and institutions with industrial purpose).
