Conditions for obtaining service

  • The application must be submitted by the applicant personally or representative by a written authorization.
  • The area of the office should not be less than 50 square meters, equipped with a telephone, fax and a sign.

Procedures

  • The applicant fills the service application and submits it to the Office of Public Service.
  • The applicant is provided with a follow-up card.
  • The application is registered and transferred together with all documents to the Freight Transport Directorate.
  • The Corporate Licensing Department audits the application and the documents.
  • The Licensing Department schedules an appointment for field inspection, and provides the applicant with a payment order to pay the fees of field inspection to the cashier.
  •  The Licensing Department studies the application and ensures the validation of the data and the documents and conducts a field inspection on the location of the branch to be opened.
  • If the field inspection report meets the conditions, the applicant is provided with a payment order to pay the adding the branch fees to the cashier.
  • The Licensing Department adjusts the data of the company on the electronic licensing system, adding the branch to the company license and issuing an adjusted license.
  • Signing the license from the general manager or the authorized representative.
  • Delivering the license to the service applicant from the Office of Public Service.

Required Documents

  • Request for approval official letter to open a company branch to practice the works of heavy lift of goods or freight mediators on a letterhead paper and stamped with the company’s stamp.
  • A copy of the license granted from the body.
  • The applicant’s ID.
  • Certificate of Registration or lease contract certified for the office of the branch to be licensed. 
  • Certificate of experience for the branch manager that proves his work in freight transport on land for at least (3) years.
  • Authorization official letter if the application was submitted by an authorizer.
