Conditions for obtaining service

  • The concerned party or the authorized representative should be present in person.

Procedures

  • The service application is duly filled on the approved form and attached with all documents to the Freight Transport Directorate.
  • The application and the documents are audited and are transferred to the corporate licensing department in the directorate.
  • The licensing department audits the documents and provide the applicant with a payment order to pay the fees of renewing the license for the cashier.
  • The data of the company is modified on the electronic licensing system.
  • Issuing a license for practicing the works of heavy lifts of goods.
  • Signing the license from the general manager or the authorized for one calendar year.   
  • The license is received from the office of Public Service.

Required Documents

  • Guarantee extension bond or new bank guarantee with the required value for a year.
  • A valid vocational license compatible with the lease contract/ or certificate of registration.
  • New commercial register or a certified copy.
  • A new register from the vehicle and driver’s license registration with the numbers of trucks owned by the company that state the use and the expiry date of the license.
  • A lease contract or registration certificate for the trucks’ parking area certified by official bodies, and recently issued.

Licensed individuals with a license to practice any of heavy lift works of goods.
