Conditions for obtaining service

Application must be submitted by the applicant in person or the authorized representative by a written authorization.

Procedures

  • The application is submitted to the office of public service by the applicant.
  • The application is registered in the bureau and transferred to the freight transport directorate and providing the applicant with a follow-up card after registering contact information of the applicant.
  • The corporate licensing department in the freight transport directorate audits the documents and the application.
  • The applicant is provided with payment order to pay the fees of renewing the license.
  • The company’s data is updated on the electronic licensing system.
  • Issuing a license to practice the works of freight mediators.
  • The license is signed by the manager or the authorized representative.
  • The license is delivered to the applicant from the office of public service.

Required Documents

  •  An official letter of license renewal on a letterhead paper and stamped with the company’s stamp.
  • Guarantee extension bond or new bank guarantee with the required value for a year.
  • Valid vocational license.
  • New commercial register or a certified copy.
  • Lease contract or certificate of registration of the office certified by official bodies and recently issued.
  • A certificate from the Social Security Corporation for the employees indicating the continuity of the employees’ work at the company.
