1. listing Hussein camps for work and construction within the ministry’s plan and specifying financial allocations for that.

2. Forming technical, administrative and logistical committees for camps implementation.

3. Preparing a plan for camps implementation

4. Identifying camps locations and dates

5. Approving camps programs

6. Receiving nominations to participate in camps

7. Transporting participants from their accommodation to camp sites

8. Implementation of camps programs

9. Returning participants back to their accommodation
