Procedures

1. Registering the letter of the concerned youth director at the Ministry’s divan, and transferring it with all attachments to the Director of clubs and youth bodies

2. The director of clubs and youth bodies shall audit the application and transfer the estimated grades in the form to financial amounts according to supporting clubs and youth organizations instructions.

3- The application shall be presented to the supporting committee in the ministry in its first meeting.

4. The committee shall issue its decision regarding the application.

5. The application shall be returned to the youth director if there are any lacks. 

6. The application shall be transferred to the financial affairs if the committee’s decision was approval for the support.

7. The directorate of financial affairs shall issue a check of the required amount for the club and send it to the youth director in the directorate.

8. The club receives the support check from the youth directorate.
