Amman, Jan 1 (Petra) - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) reported rolling out 450 new services to the Sanad application.

Official data and statistics of the Ministry show that the types of users and the registration mechanism on Sanad are visitor account, account without digital identity, and account with digital identity.

The Ministry noted that the number of Sanad stations to activate digital IDs reached 500 since the digital identity can be activated for free by visiting one of the stations spread throughout Jordan.

The digital identity can be activated for free through the applications of participating banks (Arab Bank, Union Bank, Housing Bank, Bank of Capital), and other banks will be added successively.

The list of station locations can be found in the "near me" option in the Sanad application or by visiting the Sanad website.jo.
