According to Article (3) of The JP Law of Medicines And Medical Supplies This clause means (purchasing drugs & Medical Supplies) to the parties specified in article (4) of this regulation to meet the Kingdom requirement of these materials particularly providing main drugs.

Article (4) of the (JP) stipulates as follows:

(Rules of this regulation are applicable to all (JP) operations carried out by Ministry of Health, Royal Medical Services, official Jordanian Universities Hospitals, and any other party approved by the cabinet. And recently The King Hussien Cancer Center included to received the services that JPD offers.
