Crew Member Certificate
Introduction

Crew Member Certificate (CMC) is issued to the Jordanian Airline pilots and cabin crew to facilitate their movement at the international airports.
Required Documents:

1.     Covering letter from the company that owns the applicant.

2.     Copy of a valid passport (or birth certificate in English for non-campaign passport).

3.     2 Photos (2 x 2.5 cm).

4.     Medical certificate (Third Class).

5.     Residence permit and work permit for non-Jordanians.
Procedures for the service:
1.     A covering letter from the company must be submitted to the Flight Operations Standards Division, Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission with the documents mentioned above.

2.     All Documents will be transferred to the licensing unit to issue the certificate.

3.     Paying Fees.

4.     Issuing the certificate.

Amman Marka Airport. / Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission /Flight Operations standards.
Fees

·         20 JDs for Jordanians

·         40 JDs for non-Jordanians
