·         Complete customs declaration with samples as per the rules.

·         Country of origin certificate.

After the samples are transferred by the Institution’s representative in one of the customs centers, the transaction is registered then referred to the employee concerned for completion after testing the samples, verifying their conformity with the relevant standard, and paying all due metrology fees.
