Procedures

1. Referring to the Real Estate Registration Directorate at the General Administration and submitting a estate lease request along with the required documents.
2. The Public Service officer verifies the file and transfer it to the Rent Commission.
3. The Commission revises the file and takes a decision.
• In case of the Commission`s approval:
a. The General Director ratifies the Commission`s decision.
b. Concluding and signing contracts between both parties.
