Conditions for obtaining service
- The expiry of the vehicle license should not be more than 5 years.
- The vehicle should not be sold in auction.
- The commercial register should not be deleted.

Procedures
- The abovementioned documents should be submitted to the receptionist in the regions directorates and governorate offices.
- The application is transferred to the director of the related region.
- The region employee modifies the data of the expiry date on the electronic system of the body.
- The body employee issues the new permit and sign it from the region director or the office and stamp it with the stamp of the body.
- The old permit is delivered to the body employee.
- The permit is delivered to the applicant.
Required Documents
- The previous transportation permit.
- A copy of the vehicle ownership license not expired for more than three months.
- A clearance from managing activities and role regulation company.
- A receipt for the company or the office license if the vehicle belongs to a company or office or taxi or travel agency.
