Buyers interested in purchase:

• Jordanian national.
• Valid vehicle license.

Procedures

• The parties of the contract refer to the region office and submit the required documents.
• The office region employee audits the application and fill the body cells in the ownership form, if the vehicle (buses and intermediate means of transport) benefited from modernization, the replacement is done by asking the buyer to apply for a commercial register and bring a bank guarantee amounting (500) JD and signing the old deletion request.
• The applicant is asked to pay the fees of transferring ownership.
• The applicant receives the application and the attached documents.
• The applicant refers to the office of public service in the general administration.
• The application is transferred to the general manager to sign the form.
• The applicant is asked to refer to the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration to complete the transfer procedures.
• Following the completion of ownership transfer procedures, the applicant refers to the region office and bring the required documents from the buyer.
• The region office receives the old permit and a copy of ownership license of the vehicle to modify the data on the electronic system of the body, and issue a new means of transport permit card under the name of the buyer and deliver the card to the buyer.

Required Documents

• ID for the parties of the contract.
• An official letter from the Service Bureau proves that the buyer is not employed in the public sector.
• Vehicle ownership license.
• Means of transport permit.
• Ownership transfer form from the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration.
• A signed requisition from both parties.
• A clearance from a managing activity company.
• A clearance from the office owner (independent taxi office or travel agency
• If ownership transfer occurs due to death, deed of inheritance or of deed disassociation.
• If the vehicle (buses and intermediate means of transport) benefited from the process of modernization replacement:
• Original old means of transport permit card.
• Ownership license under the name of the buyer
• The required documents from the buyer after ownership transfer in the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration:
• Commercial register.
• Bank guarantee amounting 500 JD.
• The required documents from the buyer after ownership transfer in the Vehicle and Driver’s License Registration:
• An ownership license under the name of the buyer.
• Original old means of transport permit card.
