The Cultural Body should be registered within the competence of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Law of Associations

Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit an official letter (if the application is submitted in the governorates , it will be transferred to the Ministry).
2.The letter shall be sent to the register to have incoming number, and then transferred to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director shall study and assign approval to the Head of the Follow -Up Department to prepare the certificate.
4.The certificate shall be signed by the Director, and sent to the Ministry’s register to have an outgoing number.
5.The applicant will receive the certificate.
