Royal Department for Environmental Protection, Food and Drug Administration, Criminal Investigation unit, Public Security directorate.
Procedures
Fill out the complaint form by the complainant or formally report through the various means of communication.
Market Survey Department checks the subject matter of the complaint.
The seizure of violating items or the items whose conformity with the standards/technical regulations, is in question.
Checking documents of the products subject to the complaint, and conducting tests if necessary depending on the nature of the product.
Conforming items shall be released and returned to their owners.
A warrant is issued to destroy violating items
