Procedures

  • Registering the letter contained in the party seizing the housing unit at the Central Bureau.
  • Referring the file to Lands Registration Division for verification.
  • Drafting a letter by the Lands Registration Division to the Department of Lands and Survey/ the concerned directorate to release the housing unit if a registration deed regarding the housing unit is provided.
  • Signing the letter by the Director of Lands.
  • Endorsing the letter by the Central bureau to be handed over to the relevant party.
  • Where a temporary allocation document of the housing unit is provided, a new temporary allocation document is drafted to be signed by the concerned Head of Commission, the Director of Lands and the Secretary General or his advisor (the Lands and Regulation Administration Director).
  • Drafting and printing a letter to the competent authorities regarding the release of the housing unit.
